Completion of school & sports participation forms

Correspondence with schools & therapists (504 plans, IEPs, orders)
One-time services
$100 flat fee per visit

Behavioral or mental health consultations

Newborn care consultations (ex. support for feeding or sleep difficulties)

Second opinions

These visits include follow-up calls or messages for a limited time, depending on the type of visit. They do not include unlimited messaging.​
